London, UK – October 2, 2025: Lupa, the AI-powered Operating System (OS) for veterinary clinics, today announced a $20M Series A investment to expand its suite of AI agents, accelerate international growth and launch the world’s first Veterinary AI-lab. The round is led by European VC firm Singular, with participation from existing investor First minute Capital, and angel investors including Michael Callahan. This announcement brings the total funding to date to $25M and comes just five months after its Seed round, off the back of 50x revenue growth since the previous round.
Building a tech-first champion in petcare
The global petcare market is worth over $350B and growing fast, but it remains far behind other industries in tech maturity. Even the largest veterinary groups still rely on outdated systems from the 1990s, holding back both clinical and business performance.
Founded in 2023 by Nicolò Frisiani and Matei Bjola (both ex-BCG), and Raul Lozano Martin (ex-Meta), Lupa is building the modern Operating System for veterinary clinics. Launching the Veterinary AI Lab
